You may either have items shipped directly to your home or to our clinic for pick up.
Orders that are shipped to our clinic and can be picked up on the following Wednesday afternoon.
Once we have received an item you have ordered, we will call/email you letting you know we have receiced it and is ready for pick up.
Returns: With the exception of Canine and Feline Veterinary Diets, **All other products, are FINAL SALE/ NO RETURNS**
